IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDERS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF WE ARE UNABLE TO PERFORM YOUR CLASS, IN THIS CASE, CLASS CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.

We adhere to industry standards regarding no call no show cancellation. You will forfeit your class fee if you are late or did not cancel no later than minimum of 3 hours prior to class start time. 

CLASSES WITH LESS THAN 2 PARTICIPANTS WILL BE CANCELED. You will  receive a call/text to adjust your class time or receive credit to your  account.

Please arrive 10 min early to ensure we can obtain your weight to customize your station.

We love all our guests and want to ensure a safe, enjoyable  experience for all! Please be considerate with regard to arriving on  time or 10 min early.

Please complete Liability Waiver prior to scheduled class time.

DUE TO SAFETY REASONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO  ANYONE APPEARING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF SUBSTANCES or IS NOT DRESSED IN  PROPER ATTIRE.

*Clean, closed toed gym shoes that are securely fastened.

*Policy We adhere to and enforce strict weight limits as imposed by our insurance carrier minimum 95 lbs- maximum of 275 lbs.

*Policy Participant must not be pregnant, have any recent  procedures/surgeries that require release from a medical doctor to  participate in strenuous exercise.
